Sulfur, you don't think of it as something your body needs. Just the thought reminds me of a bad smell. Some places I've visited, the tap water had a sulfur smell to it. Seems the body needs sulfur, and if it doesn't get it will take it from your bones. If you suffer from Arthritis or joint pain, this is something you should read. This is promising. There a whole market of pills, and exercise equipment, and other contraptions "designed" to help you lose weight. As someone who used to be a distance runner, and exercised 7 days a week in the Army, I was still constantly harassed about my weight. I went through all the nutritional counseling and education, logged everything i put in my mouth, yet my weight did what it wanted to do.
But in recent years there has been a movement toward the idea that some people are predisposed to carrying extra weight, or they have more fat cells than they should. The article is not suggesting either of these.
