The argument in the article is simply to ask the question "is there a nutritional difference between organically grown food and chemically enhanced food?" I would say that is not why people buy organic food, especially for their children. It wasn't why we fed our children organic baby food. It had everything to do with the term "organic" and how the food is grown. Simply put, all of us will get exposed to enough chemically and genetically altered food in our lifetime. If we can delay that for the first few years at least, maybe it will make a difference in our health (or rather our child's health).
