All good stuff here. Of particular interest is Flaxseed. I recently bought a bag of ground Flaxseed, and a friend also gave me a bag of Flaxseed Meal with Blueberries mixed in. Spread a tablespoon or two on your food and you will notice a difference in your digestion.
